O2 Arena headlining acts such as N-Dubz and Tinchy Stryder alongside support from The Hoosiers and heavyweight metal bands Funeral For A Friend and Pegasus Bridge.
The band will take to present his career on the stage at 9.10pm and lead vocalist Foggy Sinclair thinks it’s the perfect slot.
He said: “It’s that time when people are already deep in the atmosphere and are rocking out hard.”
Drummer Luke Atkin said: “After all the gigs and the hard work trying to get the name Verax out there we feel it’s time to take it to a new level and prove we are an act worthy of recognition.
“After all, we do have more hits on our Myspace page than The Darkness. It’s our time now.”
Verax will be performing an acoustic set at 7pm outside the arena to a crowd of 2,000 folks.
