Johnson's Promoters Refuses Froch Fight at O2 Arena

Glen Johnson's co-promoters, Lou DiBella and Leon Margules confirmed that the several reports published that fight with Carl Froch on May 21 at the O2 Arena in London - are "100% fake."

It was previously reported by BoxingScene that Johnson will challenge Froch for the WBC super middleweight in a Super Six semi-final bout on May 21.At the same date at O2 Arena,David Haye will defend his title.

Sky Sports, who plan to carry Haye's fight on pay-per-view, have expressed their interest in combining the two fights because they want to avoid Haye's pay-per-view going head to head with Froch vs. Johnson.
